After SM decided to make 1,231,980,349,453,239,766 teasers of EXO featuring Kai, they have decided to release their second prologue single titled History.

Like all things EXO, History is in both Chinese and Korean with 6 individual members in EXO-M and EXO-K.

EXO are undoubted HANDSOME and GREAT LOOKING. I think I'm going to miss the EXO teasers when they debut... I mean, they'll release songs and music videos just like other groups and EXO-M would be shipped to China to promote and I think I'll go broke from buying both EXO-M's and EXO-K's albums...

The song is a actually pretty good, but it's REALLY similar to TVXQ's B.U.T. right? I mean EXO is always compared to SuJu, TVXQ and SHINee but that's because it's not a fresh and unique group, besides the dance part where they put their hands in their pockets and flap their pants? AHAHAHA yeah... I think I like history more. Though neither songs are very original, I feel that History really did it for me with its dancing and catching tunes; also the random uses of English here and there... But I think that EXO-M did a better job overall.

I am a big Chocolat follower; I don't know why, but there is something about them that I really like. It also annoys me that Melanie and Tia are so pretty and talented, yet they are younger than me...

I feel so bad for Chocolat for getting so much hate since their debut with Syndrome back in August 2011. I remembered there were SO many anti's for Tia who recieved the most attention in all the MVs.

Truthfully, I prefer I Like It to Same Thing To Her and Syndrome. Although it didn't come with an MV, it showed a mature side to Chocolat without being too over-the-top sexual (Same Thing To Her) or with all the bright off-putting fluro pink (Syndrome).

Same Thing To Her features Sung Hyo Ram from X-Cross. I find the MV uber creepy, especially the clowns O.O Everyone needs to get it straight that Tia is the visual for the group and the main dancer which explains all her screen time. Melanie in my opinion has the best vocals, but it's sad that all the bi-racial members get more attention than the Korean members.

Anyway this is the the 3rd song that Chocolat is promoting since their debut 6 months ago. It seems that they are ALWAYS performing on Music Shows which is a bit odd, but their comebacks are really quick.

OK so I have found that ALL of Super Junior's title tracks for the past 3 years have sounded more or less the same with just different dances. I mean, Miina/Bonamana sounds SO similar to Mr Simple it's just crazy (minus the metrosexual concept LOL). So which do you like more?

A-cha just wins it for me in terms of vocals, dance and performance. Their repackaged album has some really fantastic songs, but then again, Mr Simple has all the pretty pictures...

On another note, I know that they are real people and everything, but as I fan I really don't want to watch their SuJu We Got Married thing that is going to air soon. I mean, I don't want them to grow old alone, but it still hurts to watch them like that even if it is for variety television. Dammit, why can't I live in Korea? Be Korean...? haha but even then, I still will have little to no chance of being their future whatever.

Earlier this week, Teen Top released the MV for their brand new track Going Crazy. Featuring 4minute's maknae, Sohyun, the boys mix their usual smooth choreography with a dramatic story of love with L.Joe as the main character.

It seems they have all upgraded from their 'pretty boy' image in Dont Spray Purfume with this brand new concept that is very different to their other comebacks.

On another note, it seems that Teen Top has improved a lot in terms of vocals and talent. However they need to stop being a team with 2 vocalists, 2 rappers and leaving the rest as back-up dancers.

So A-pink recently released their second mini album titled Snow Pink. I really don't need a whole post to decide which I song I like: I Don't Know wins HANDS DOWN!

MV wise, song wise and choreography wise, I Don't Know owns everything A-pink has ever done.

I have a love/hate relationship with A-pink: I have a guilty love for their song I Don't Know (Kikwang!), but I don't like their cutesy, innocent image. I also don't like the fact that they live in the same appartment block as Infinite and are always paired with their seven members!

They are, nevertheless, part of Cube. I am totally pro Cube Yo! :D

I mean seriously, Kikwang wakes up in your garden and you just LEAVE HIM? Who on earth would do such a thing...

Song Battle: Tablo's Bad ft Jinsil VS Tomorrow ft Taeyang

LOVE IS SO BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD vs NO NO NO NO NO TOMORROW

Tablo is just a genius. Korean Eminem LOL! Being a breakthrough solo artist, he has recently produced the incredible two part album Fever's End. His title tracks, Bad and Tomorrow are beautifully composed, balancing rap with a sorrowful chorus featuring Jinsil and Taeyang.

I am not a huge fan of Epik High. Honestly, the only songs I really fancied were Run (Infinite :D) and One. I didn't know what to expect with these two albums at first as I am not a supporter of rap, but Fever's End is really a great album.

At the beginning, I didn't see much in Bad. But after listening to it a few times, I found it really addictive, especially the beginning hehe :)

The lyrics are really emotional. The translation for the pre-chorus goes like this:

Lucid hearts are defective products of this world. That’s why I badly want to taint mine.
They tell me that if you love, you start to take after each other; maybe I want to take after you a bit.

Atrocious. Love is atrocious.
You were the very reason I breathe for, but now you’re suffocating me.

 

Yeah I know.. it's a tad dark. But it is just so addictive!

I fell in love with Tomorrow as soon as I first heard it. Taeyang's solo at the beginning is just beautiful.

I find the cars a bit uhh, random. It's like the same set for Big Bang's Love Song, but in colour haha..
Since when did Taeyang colour his mohawk BLONDE?? O.O

Which do you like more?

I initially liked Tomorrow more, but then I discovered that Bad is just so damn addictive. Yepp this battle is won by Bad!

Song Battle: Infinite's Be Mine VS Paradise

NEAKKEO HAJAA vs NIGA ISSEOYA MAN YEOGI GA PARADISE OH OH

Infinite had a massive comeback this year with the release of their OVER THE TOP album and their repackaged version titled PARADISE.

I love Infinite to bits. Seriously. I see myself in every member and they all have so much aegyo that it just kills me. From the uber sexy DASHI DURAWA debut, to their new image of BTD, crossing over into their cute NOTHINGS OVER era into men in PARADISE, they are just pure awesomeness. They really deserve more recognition around the world, especially being one of the most synchronised dance groups out there!

The dances for both MVs are brilliant. Both are really nicely composed with excellent rapping and vocals. There seems to be more of a story line with Paradise, but the orchestra version of Be Mine is just DAEBAK!

I think I like Be Mine more. It's a lot catchier and feel good. AHH Sungyeol! Yes I can hear you  ^^

Does anyone else feel a little embarassed when watching Infinite perform Paradise live? It's just this move that disturbs me:

Song Battle: SHINee Japanese Replay VS Juliette

REPLAY REPLAY REPLAY vs JULIETTE OH!

These two songs were awesome in Korean. Now that they are remade for the Japanese charts, which of the two do you like more?

Juliette was more mature with more of an upbeat tempo compared to Replay. But Replay is one of my favourite SHINee songs! I must say the concept for Juliette was better with the whole masquerade theme. Ahh Minho! :)

Looks like someone went crazy with craft glue and scrapbook materials LOL.


I quite like the masks, but some of them look like they came from a hardware shop. The clothes really annoyed me, especially all the pink that was draped over Key's body =.="

I have seen the Replay MV so many times, I can memorise the dance lol. SNSD's Yoona plays the girl that everyone likes -envies-

But both MVs have more or less the same story. They all find a girl they like, fall in love, and discover they are attracted to the same girl all while dancing happily.

I think I like Replay more. This song totally owns Juliette in terms of dance and vocals.
