Okay yes I know... this is just a really bad album cover. Seriously, I love him, but he isn't very umm, how should I put it.. photogenic.

I'm very content with two things: Firstly, he isn't "FORMER U-KISS MEMBER ALEXANDER" any more, it has now come down to (solo artist) Alexander, which makes me a proud.. uhh, I don't think there is a fanclub name yet. Secondly, it's his first single album! YAY. I hope he keeps producing music and making collaborations with other artists.

The MV for the title track, I Just, was filmed in both Japanese and English versions and was released simultaneously in Japan as well as the rest of Asia. What stands out for me is his third song Bad Girl which is in English. I love the melody and the R&B feel to it. I'm expecting Xander to put his talent to his advantage and eventually produce music that will please countries from all over Asia.

Earlier this week, Teen Top released the MV for their brand new track Going Crazy. Featuring 4minute's maknae, Sohyun, the boys mix their usual smooth choreography with a dramatic story of love with L.Joe as the main character.

It seems they have all upgraded from their 'pretty boy' image in Dont Spray Purfume with this brand new concept that is very different to their other comebacks.

On another note, it seems that Teen Top has improved a lot in terms of vocals and talent. However they need to stop being a team with 2 vocalists, 2 rappers and leaving the rest as back-up dancers.

Confessions on Donghae and Eunhyuk's Oppa Oppa

Even SM ships EunHae!

Last month we saw the release of Super Junior's Donghae and Eunhyuk's fun track Oppa Oppa. It has a comical up-beat tempo that is perfect for the end of a successful year.

First performed in Super Show 4, these boys have brought out Oppa Oppa onto music shows. Complete with flashy outfits and cameos from other SM artists, they never fail to entertain!

Although I love this song, truthfully I like their previous song I Wanna Love You more. It's great that they are performing it though. We need more duos to compete with Trouble Maker!

Confessions on the 2011 MBC Gayo Daejun

Just before the end of 2011, MBC aired a night full of K-Pop entertainment from popular groups like Super Junior, Wonder Girls, SNSD, 2PM, Infinite, BEAST, f(x), After School, T-ara, 2NE1 and many more.

However this greatly anticipated night ended with disappointment as there was a multitude of stage errors and faults in sound and lighting.

The most noticeable mishaps arose during the performances of U-Kiss, MBLAQ, SHINee, Wonder Girls, and 2PM.

U-Kiss seemed to have had a communication error and quickly improvised into their 0330 performances as their screen suddenly changed, causing confusion and embarassment to members. However they still managed to execute a powerful performance despite the sound difficulties with their mics.

MBLAQ's performance of Mona Lisa was interrupted with sound difficulties between the music and their mics. Their frustrated expressions were noticeable as they tried to keep up.

SHINee's stage went successfully until the part where fans expected to see a teaser of their comeback song. The teaser did not appear and instead, the production team switched the screen to introduce the next performer.

Like MBLAQ, the Wonder Girls had a few technical errors during their performance of Me, In which upsetted many fans who were anticipating a live performance of the song.

Although 2PM did not suffer any sound or mic difficulties, majority of their performance of Hands Up was blocked by massive balls that all floated towards the centre stage. Check out the performance below:

With this night full of mishaps, there were some amazing dance battles and duets. I must say that the SBS broadcast was the best. Then KBS. Then, of course, was the MBC which was a complete failure. Furthermore, some groups performed for as little as 2 minutes while others held the stage for 5 minutes. It was incredibly unfair for many hard working artists, especially being the show to end the year.

Some impressive performances include Ga-In and Jo Kwon's version of Trouble Maker, Song Ji Eun and Bang Yong Guk's Going Crazy, 4Minute's Mirror Mirror, TVXQ's Keep Your Head Down and T-ara's Roly Poly.

Confessions on Skip Beat

Oh my... My heart just stopped beating *.*

Super Junior's Siwon and Donghae are currently starring in the Taiwanese drama Skip Beat (also known as Extravagant Challenge) which is a live-drama adaption of the popular Japanese manga.

It tells the story of a girl (Ivy Chen) who is determined to become a star in order to get revenge on her ex-boyfriend (Donghae) who dumped her.

Siwon and Donghae play as rivals in the entertainment industry and Siwon slowly falls for Ivy as she focuses on destroying Donghae.

The main theme song for Skip Beat is titled S.O.L.O. sung by Super Junior-M.

I was so excited for this new series. I have not read the manga or watched the anime, but I was intrigued by the choice of cast. I so wanted to hear Donghae and Siwon speak in Madarin... Unfortunately it's all dubbed over! Totally sucks... But they do not disappoint; OH MY GOD DONGHAE'S HAIR?!!

bahahaha I totally cried when he straddled his manager! I mean WTF? SO WRONG!

... Oppa is too sexy for his own good.
